To subscribe, tap on your avatar on the map, and then tap the "Upgrade to Elite" button.
Alternatively tap on the Gold Aglet balance indicator on your purple bar in the app and subscribe there.
Q: What features are included in the subscription?
A: The subscription includes no marketplace listing fees, no ads and a premium badge for all your friends on Aglet to see.
Q: How much does the subscription cost?
A: The subscription costs US$1.99 per month. You can cancel any time. For other currencies, the subscription price will be visible in the app at point of purchase in your relevant currency.
Q: How do I buy a subscription?
A: Please navigate to the Gold Aglet screen inside the Aglet app, where you can swipe right to an “Elite Pass” screen with the subscription available to purchase.
Q: Can I change the badge to another word?
Q: With waiving of Marketplace listing fees, are both buyer and seller fees waived?
A: The marketplace listing fees are only applicable to sellers and so they are only waived for sellers.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by following the prompts within the Apple and Android app stores. While you can cancel any time, remember subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis.
Q: I bought a subscription by mistake, can I get a refund?
A: We can not offer refunds for subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you're actually being charged by either Apple or Google, depending on your device. If you are seeking a refund, they will want to know why you're asking for the refund, and they will decide on whether to honor that or not.
Q: Will anything be added to my subscription?
A: There may be more premium subscription tiers available in future with additional benefits. There are currently no plans to add additional benefits for Elite Pass subscribers, but we are always looking for ways to improve player experience.
